FinStat MCP
Connect FinStat to a desktop AI that can reach your files. Give it your statements, payouts, invoices, bills, and receipts — and ask for a review-ready P&L, reconciliation, or transaction trail. No spreadsheet middle step. Every number tied back to source.
Run my books on the files in this folder.
FinStat parses, matches, posts, reconciles, and explains the exceptions.Real folders. Penny-reconciled output.
The same engine runs every one — each a real business’s folder, in its own language. The restaurant page reconciles Toast and DoorDash payouts; the church page handles designated gifts and delayed bills. Open any of them to see the statements, invoices, and receipts behind penny-reconciled books.
FinStat applies two charts of accounts to one commingled statement — routing every line to Household or Business (Schedule C) and reconciling both. No tax-season untangle.
What the connector does. Inside your AI chat.
Your AI is the coach: you tell it what you want, and it calls the plays. FinStat is the specialist squad that runs them — parsing documents, matching deposits, posting entries, generating reports. You never manage the players. You just ask.
Pick your industry to see a live example.
Each page uses the same system and a different business folder. The point is specificity: the restaurant page talks about Toast and DoorDash; the church page talks about designated gifts and delayed bills.
Pick your setup. Books in minutes.
FinStat needs an AI that can open files or folders on your computer — not just a connector in Settings. Seeing FinStat’s tools is not the same as FinStat being able to access the files you want it to.

Working in a browser tab?
To run books, use a desktop AI that can reach your files. Browser chat alone isn’t enough for FinStat — even if FinStat appears under your connectors.
We only list setups we’ve run books on ourselves. Verified as of 2026-07-20.
- No API keys
- No credit card
- 1M tokens free
It really is that easy.
