FinStat engages the third-party service providers ("sub-processors") listed below to process data in connection with providing the Software, Services, and API. Each is bound by data-protection obligations consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. This page is referenced by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and is kept current.

AI providers. FinStat uses large language models from OpenAI, Anthropic and xAI, through their commercial business APIs, to read the documents you submit. Under those providers' published business API terms, API inputs and outputs are not used to train their models by default. Providers may retain API data for a limited period for abuse and safety monitoring, as described in their own policies. We send them only the content needed for the task you requested.
